Yes, Patron ships internationally via DHL Express, which usually takes 2-3 business days. Note that international shipments do not include import duties or customs fees.
All orders above $500 are eligible for free worldwide express shipping through DHL.
It depends on your location. Domestic orders will take 2-3 business days to arrive. We also provide faster options for different fees. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-3 days. We ship our international packages through DHL Express.
Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
We offer free returns or exchanges to all items returned within 14 days of delivery. Once we approve the return request, we will send you a USPS return label. International customers must ship their own return packages to our store.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with their original tags. Footwear must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box. Same guidelines apply for jewelry.

Domestic UPS packages are shipped without signature confirmation. If you would like signature confirmation, please let us know in the order notes.
International DHL Express packages are shipped with signature confirmation by default.
To change your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org We are happy to make any change before your order has been shipped. If your order has been shipped, we can not make further changes to your order.
Duty fees and import taxes are not included in our prices for international shipments.
Your order may be cancelled after rejection from our Riskified fraud filter. However, we do manually check every order to make sure no false positives occur.
We can not redirect orders to another address once the order has been shipped.
