Item Availability

Products displayed on patronofthenew.com may be out of stock or discontinued — due to the limited nature of the items we sell, availability is not guaranteed. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received or cancelled if the item is unavailable. In the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to refund any monies that you might have paid. In-stock items will ship after out of stock items are removed from order. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

We do not collect any payment until the order has been verified and the items have been confirmed as in stock and ready to ship.

Identity Verification / Fraudulent Orders

Our site uses a third party fraud detection system to verify all purchases. If something about your order triggers our fraud detection system, we may require additional personal information in order to verify identity. In the event that additional information is required, we will make an attempt to contact you. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours.

Tips to avoid a cancelled order / identity verification can be found below:

  • Billing information / address must match shipping information / address
  • Avoid Google Pay or Apple Pay as they do not require CVC input
  • Few payment attempts

Again, we do not collect any payment until the order has been verified and the items have been confirmed as in stock and ready to ship.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS with Signature Confirmation. Orders cannot be combined.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding Federal Holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time they clear our fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are dispatched from our shipping facility. We also are not responsible for any shipping delays that are outside of our control.

All charges related to shipping (including shipping insurance) are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Payment of duty and tax charges is the responsibility of the customer.

We offer shipping insurance to protect your package against loss, theft, or any issues that may occur during transit. Please note that if you choose to complete your purchase without insurance, we cannot be held liable for any lost items.

International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Any “refused” shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

Online Returns

Items purchased online at Patron of the New are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

To request a return, please email contact@patronofthenew.com with the reason for your return. We will send you a return label upon approval of the return.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with all Patron of the New tags and designer labels still attached.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Store credit will be issued upon receipt of item.

Frequent returns or unusual pattern/activity will be flagged in our system.

If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify unusual pattern/activity we may cancel or refuse current, future order(s) and returns.

In-store Returns

Items purchased in-store at Patron of the New are eligible for return within 10 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with all Patron of the New tags and designer labels still attached. Returns may be refused if strong odor is present on garments.

Sale Items

Discounted items are subject to availability. Discounted items that are part of an End of Season Sale or noted as "All Sales Final", "Final Sale" or the like, are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased during a store wide promotional Sale are returnable as per our standard return policy. In the case of purchases made with a multiple tier discount or bulk discount: If item(s) are returned, cancelled or exchanged and it brings the merchandise total below the offer’s qualifying level, then the qualifying offer will be applied, and/or the offer’s value will be deducted from the refund.

Final Sale Items

The following item categories are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All footwear
  • All eyewear
  • Any item purchased with store credit
  • Any item purchased using a discount

Due to high demand, items from the following brands are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Enfants Riches Déprimés
  • Paly Hollywood
  • Jacques Marie Mage
  • *Better with Age
  • BOSSI

International Returns

International orders are not currently eligible for returns. All sales final, except in the case of error on our part.
